Andrew Yun, M.D.
Dr. Andrew Yun is Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery in the USC Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, he is a nationally recognized specialist in hip and knee joint replacement, specializing in anterior hip approach, minimally invasive total knee and robotic partial knee.
He graduated from Princeton University, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa and received his doctorate in medicine from Stanford University Medical School. He completed a combined Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Harvard and went on to pursue an advanced training fellowship in adult orthopedic trauma surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School. He additionally completed fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction and Total Joint Replacement at the Hospital for Special Surgery of Cornell University. Physicians throughout Los Angeles have voted him to be a Super Doctor of Southern California.
Dr. Yun is a surgeon. His greatest concern is surgical safety and he cares deeply about technical precision and results. He supervises an outstanding team of healthcare professionals, doctors, nurses, aides and therapists who will teach, comfort and guide you during recovery.
